Comprehensive Eye Exams
Comprehensive eye examinations include three important aspects of assessment: refraction, binocular vision and ocular health. Comprehensive exams are recommended annually to screen for common eye conditions such as dry eyes, glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. At the end of your exam, the optometrist will provide you with an assessment and treatment plan based on subjective and objective findings.
Why is it important to get a comprehensive eye exam regularly?
Prevent eyestrain from using the incorrect prescription
See the best you can
Screen against common eye diseases that may or may not be symptomatic
Become more educated about your own eyes and what you could be doing to maintain good eye health
